Q. I have forgotton my username/password
A. Please telephone us at the above number and we will reset your user name or password
Q. It says my login details are incorrect
A. Ensure that they have been typed correctly and that "Caps Lock" is not on.
Q. I've entered my details three times and and now it says that my account has been locked
A. The website automatically locks you out if you enter incorrect details more than 3 times as a security precaution.
Simply telephone us and we will help you unlock your account.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. When you log into the site click on "Update your details" and then "Reset your password" in order to change your password.
Q. Why did the site log me out without any action from me?
A. If there is no active movement within the site for 10 mins then you are automatically logged out as a security precaution. As long as
a key is pressed or the mouse moved then you will not be logged out.
Q. I can't view any of the banners
A. Flash Player is needed to see these items. If there are any items that you cannot view then you do not have this installed. To get Flash
Player click on the icon below.
Q. I can't view the documents
A. All documents need a PDF reader to enable viewing. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded directly through
the link below or alternatively through the Adobe website.
In addition you will need to have your pop-up blocker disabled in order to view the documents.
